A Message from Scott Channell, GM

Since early March we have entered a new world, a world where terms such as “social distancing”, “pandemic”, and “Zoom” have a whole new meaning for us all. At National Vinyl LLC we remain committed to the needs and safety of our clients and employees. That is why in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, National Vinyl LLC is continuing the steps necessary to prevent or slow the spread of potential bacteria or illness.

Designated in March as essential, by our State and Local governments, National Vinyl LLC continues to be in full operation. Although we do see some spot outages of raw material, overall we have what we need to fully operate. What we are continuing to do, is to restrict all non-essential travel of our Sales team. They remain available to you via phone and email. If they are requested by you for an in person visit, they will do so using proper social distancing and will wear a mask for the safety of all involved. Additionally, nearly 80% of our office staff is working from home and has full access to their workstations and use of our phone system. This allows us to operate seamlessly in a remote fashion. Those of us remaining in the office practice proper social distancing and we all wear masks when moving throughout the facility. Within our manufacturing departments we continually observe social distancing protocol by having lines on the floor throughout showing all, the distance they need to stay between them and their co-worker. Additionally, we clean and disinfect work surfaces twice daily, and as of last week, require all to wear a mask. As for order pick-ups, we continue to have our office closed to all visitors and we ask all to call ahead of time to ensure we have what you need ready for pick up.
